We will be announcing the location of Dance Camp very soon

WHEN CAN I BOOK?

Booking is now available with price increases happening on Feb. 1, 2020 and April 1, 2020. Last day to book is May 31, 2020.

WHAT DOES THE DANCER PRICE INCLUDE?

All meals, all dance classes, group activity(s), T-shirt and a once in a lifetime experience.

WHAT UNITED BY 8 CLASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING DANCE CAMP

We will offer an assortment of cardio fitness as well as technical class, plus Yoga/Stretch and themed Dance Party experiences.

WHAT OTHER ACTIVITIES WILL THERE BE?

We will have a surprise all camp activity. Stay tuned for that announcement

WHAT'S THE AGE LIMIT FOR DANCE CLASSES?

All campers must be 18 years of age or older

ARE WE GIVEN "FREE" TIME?

While nothing is mandatory, we would LOVE to see your smile and dancing feet at as many United By 8 activities scheduled.

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?

Yes, there's an option to split payment. As of January 1st, you can split into 3 even increments until March 1st. Fees will be auto-deducted 1 month following your registration date.

WHAT TIME DO WE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Friday, June 12th Check-in will be from 3:00 - 5:00pm Sunday, June 14th Check-out will be 5:00pm

IF YOU PLAN TO FLY IN?

We recommend you fly into the Ontario Airport.

HOW CAN WE GET TO CAMP?

There are several options campers can take 1) You can partner up with others and carpool 2) You can Lyft/Uber 3) Drive yourself and park on-site

CAN WE PURCHASE LINENS?

No need to travel with your own bedding or sleeping back, you can purchase linens (sheets, blanket, pillow and a towel) for $30

WHAT ARE THE CABIN ACCOMMODATIONS? WHAT'S THE SET-UP?

We are now offering single, double, triple and quad cabin occupancy. Space will be limited. You may request preferred roommates and we will do our best to accommodate those requests. You do not need to list roommates in order to be placed in your preferred cabin occupancy size. Please note we have male, female, and co-ed options available.

WHAT IF I WANT TO ROOM WITH A FRIEND?

Please make sure to list any roommates you wish to have when registering. Please make sure roommates request same cabin occupancy.

CAN YOU ASSIGN A ROOMMATE TO ME IF I DON'T HAVE ONE?

Absolutely. Plenty of campers sign up without a roommate and we are happy to place you in a cabin with them.

WHAT TO BRING?

All you would need to be comfortable and READY for a weekend experience. Bring toiletries and other necessities. Additional suggestions: Extension cord, satchel/backpack, cantene/refillable water bottle, air freshener/Poppourri.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Make sure to bring a combination of day wear (walk around camp grounds), night wear (warm clothes), party wear (looking snazzy), and of course dance attire for classes. Be on the lookout for our Themed Party announcement...can't wait to see the creativity!!

ARE THERE ANY TOILETRIES PROVIDED?

No, we recommend bringing your own.

ANY RESTRICTIONS ON WHAT WE CAN BRING?

Pali Retreat does not allow lighters, open flames (like candles),

WHAT IS THE LIQUOR AND BEVERAGE POLICY? CAN I BRING LIQUOR?

Outside alcohol is not allowed.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED? WHAT IS THE SMOKING POLICY?

Non-smoking, tabacco free facility.

ARE THERE MENU OPTIONS? VEGAN? VEGETARIAN? ETC.

Yes, We always do our best to accommodate of dietary restrictions. Please make sure to select you preference during check out.

WHAT ARE THE DINING TIMES

All meals will be 1 hour based on our schedule Breakfast between 7:00am- 9:00am Lunch between 11:00am - 1:00pm Dinner between 5:00pm - 7:00pm

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET SICK?

Should a camper require medical attention Pali staff is available to assist 24 hours a day.

WHAT IS THE REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY?

Until March 31st, 2020: Fully refundable (less $50 service and processing fees) Until April 30th 2020: 50% of the total fare (less $50 service and processing fees) May 1st and beyond: Nonrefundable
